my chosen title block

This is my chosen title block. I have chosen it due to the fact that it fits into conventions of the genre of magazine I have chosen to do. I have chosen a font with erosion effect due to the fact that it gives an almost urban feel. The colour of the font is black so as to stand out and contrast onto the light background of my page. It too is the colour black as the colour scheme for my cover page is black, white and red. This is a common colour scheme for magazines in my genre and is often found featuring on magazines such as Q or NME. The font is in bold and a large size so as to be spotted clearly on the cover, making my desired readers able to identify the magazine immediately amongst others.
